Paul Brindley – Principal Consultant
Paul was born and raised in Western Australia. His background in business development and finance has taken him across the globe from Australia to Japan, and finally to the United States. Having worked in the business world for many years, Paul entered the US apparel industry through the expansion efforts of a wildlife conservation start-up venture.
As the national sales manager for a cutting edge apparel manufacturer, he built his own sales force of
representatives to serve the diverse United States market. He grew the company from the ground up, working on all aspects of the business – from design through production to sales, marketing and customer service. Paul has been involved with every major US market center and maintains a national network of contacts.
Paul is on the Los Angeles Committee of Advance, the world’s largest international networking organization for Australians, and has been successful in facilitating business development outcomes for Australians individuals and companies across a spectrum of industries.
Paul brings his fashion industry experience, contacts, and proven business development expertise and infuses it with his desire to assist Australian businesses succeed around the world.
Tracy Engelien – Consulting Sales Specialist
Tracy is an expert in the positioning, merchandising and wholesaling of women’s contemporary collections in the US market.
Tracy has worked as a senior sales executive for both large and small apparel manufacturers in the United States including BCBGMaxAzria. She has spent many years working with buyers in some of the most prestigious boutiques and specialty stores in the United States as well as high-end department stores. Having participated in all of the major fashion shows across the US, she knows the national players in the market and understands the unique regional market trends, economies, and fashion preferences.
As an independent sales representative with her own showroom in Los Angeles, Tracy has excellent insider knowledge of the workings of the Los Angeles sales environment. She has strong contacts in the west coast wholesale and retail fashion industries as well as maintaining her relationships in other regions of the US.
Linda Alexander – Consulting Operations Specialist
Linda brings her incredible drive and business acumen to pbc. As a consultant to retail and manufacturing apparel companies in the United States, she was responsible for growing businesses, assisting with start-ups, making high-level placements while providing guidance and direction.
